How do I earn Jeetos?
You earn Jeetos — the in-app reward currency. Their value in rupees is shown in the app at redemption, and may change from time to time. You earn by:
- Completing surveys from our partners (you must qualify — not every survey will match you).
- Finishing offerwall tasks — installing apps, reaching in-game levels, signing up for services.
- Watching rewarded videos (Watch & Earn).
- Daily check-ins, referrals, and special promotions.
Rewards are credited once the partner confirms your completion. This is usually instant but can take up to 48 hours for some offers.
“Ad not available, please try again” in Watch & Earn
This message means no video ad was ready at that exact moment. It is not a bug or a problem with your account — it just means an advertiser's video wasn't available to show you right then.
What to do:
- Wait a little while (a minute or a few) and tap Watch & Earn again.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- If you've already watched several videos in a short time, ad availability drops for a while — come back later.
Your other ways to earn (surveys, offers, daily check-in) are unaffected — you can keep earning while video ads are unavailable.
Why don't rewarded videos always appear?
Video availability is decided in real time by advertiser demand — not by us. Whether a video is ready depends on:
- Advertiser demand at that moment in your region.
- How many videos you've already watched recently (there's a sensible daily limit, and availability naturally drops after several in a row).
- Time of day and general ad supply.
So it's completely normal for a video to be available one moment and not the next. Trying again after some time almost always works.
Are ads tied to my account or my device?
Video ads are decided per device and region — not per CoinJeeto account. Two things follow from this:
- On the same device, a video may appear at one time and not another — this is about ad availability, not which account is logged in.
- If videos aren't showing on one device, signing in to your account on a different device may show them, because availability is judged afresh per device.
Your rewards, however, always go to your account — no matter which device you watch on. Showing the ad is device-based; crediting the reward is account-based.
I completed a survey or offer but didn't get my Jeetos
- Most rewards are instant, but some partners take up to 48 hours to confirm. Please wait before reporting.
- You only get credited when the partner reports a valid completion. If they mark it incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent, it won't be credited.
- Don't use a VPN/proxy or close the offer early — that often voids the reward.

My coin balance isn't updating
- The balance refreshes automatically, but you can force it by re-opening the app or switching tabs (Home → Leaderboard → Home).
- A reward may still be pending partner confirmation (see above) — it will appear once confirmed.
- Check your internet connection — a failed sync can briefly show a stale number.
- If a credited reward is still missing after 48 hours, contact support.
I'm not getting notifications
On many Indian phone brands (Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo, Vivo, etc.) battery settings block background notifications. To fix:
- Allow notifications: Settings → Apps → CoinJeeto → Notifications → turn on.
- Disable battery restriction: Settings → Apps → CoinJeeto → Battery → set to Unrestricted / No restrictions.
- Enable Autostart for CoinJeeto if your phone has that option.
- Make sure you're on the latest app version from the Play Store.
Mobile / OTP verification problems
- “This mobile number is already registered to another account.” Each number can be linked to only one CoinJeeto account (this prevents fraud and multiple accounts). Use a different number, or contact support if you believe this is a mistake.
- OTP not arriving? Check your network, wait up to a minute, then tap Resend. Make sure the number is a correct 10-digit Indian mobile.
- “The OTP is incorrect” — re-check the 6 digits in the SMS. If the code expired, request a fresh one with Resend.
- You only need to verify your mobile once, before your first redemption.
Redeeming Jeetos (UPI & gift cards)
- Minimum redemption: ₹10 (the equivalent Jeetos amount is shown in the app at redemption).
- A verified mobile number is required before you can redeem.
- UPI payouts usually clear within 10 minutes.
- Gift cards (Amazon, Flipkart, Google Play, etc.) are delivered by email within 24 hours.
- Double-check your UPI ID / email — once submitted, a redemption is final and can't be reversed.
The gift card screen is slow the first time
The first time you open it, the app loads the full, up-to-date gift card catalogue from our servers, which can take a few seconds. After that it's cached and opens quickly. A stable connection helps the first load.
Referrals & invite bonus
- Share your referral code from the Invite friends banner on the Home screen.
- You and your friend each earn a bonus when they join and qualify with your code.
- Only one account per device is allowed — inviting yourself on the same phone won't work and may flag the account.
Account, login & the one-account rule
- CoinJeeto uses Google Sign-In — we never store a password.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed and their Jeetos forfeited.
