Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Algomise Technologies LLP ("Algomise", "we", "us"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, with its registered office at 400-A, 4th Floor, Ajit Singh House, 12 Commercial Complex, Yusuf Sarai, Green Park, New Delhi – 110016, India. Algomise operates the CoinJeeto app and website. By creating an account, signing in, or using the CoinJeeto app or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CoinJeeto.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a resident of India or another country where CoinJeeto is made available.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You must not be on any sanctions list or from a jurisdiction where this service is prohibited.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Duplicates will be deleted and Jeetos forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• You must provide accurate payout information. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect UPI ID you provided.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Jeetos — the in-app currency

• Jeetos are an in-app rewards currency. They have no cash value until redeemed.
• The value of Jeetos in real-world currency (the conversion rate) is determined solely by CoinJeeto and may be changed from time to time at our sole discretion. The applicable conversion rate is always shown in the app at the time of redemption.
• Jeetos are non-transferable between accounts.
• Jeetos are not a cryptocurrency, security, or investment instrument.

5. Earning Jeetos

You can earn Jeetos by:

• Completing mini-games.
• Completing surveys from our partners (qualification depends on each provider's criteria — we do not guarantee you will qualify for every survey).
• Watching rewarded videos.
• Completing offer-wall tasks (installing apps, reaching in-game levels, etc.).
• Daily check-ins, referrals, and promotional campaigns.

Rewards are credited once our partners confirm the completion. This is usually immediate but can take up to 48 hours for some offers. If a partner reports that your completion was invalid, reversed, or fraudulent, the Jeetos will not be credited (or will be reversed if already credited).

6. Redemption and payouts

• Minimum redemption: ₹10 (the equivalent Jeetos amount is shown in the app). Minimums may change from time to time at our discretion.
• Methods: UPI, Paytm Wallet, Amazon / Flipkart / Google Play gift vouchers, and others we may add.
• UPI payouts via Cashfree or Razorpay usually clear within 10 minutes.
• Gift vouchers are issued via Xoxoday Plum or Tango Card and delivered by email.
• Once submitted and processed, redemptions are final. Double-check your UPI ID / email before confirming.
• Basic identity verification (KYC) may be required for single payouts above a certain threshold, in line with Indian law.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts, share accounts, or sell your account.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, click farms, or automation tools to earn Jeetos.
• Use a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or survey qualification.
• Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify the CoinJeeto app.
• Falsify or manipulate offer-wall, survey, or ad completions.
• Provide false personal information, payout details, or survey answers.
• Chargeback or reverse any payout received from CoinJeeto.
• Use CoinJeeto for any purpose that is fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to Indian law.

8. Fraud, chargebacks & forfeiture

CoinJeeto uses automated and manual fraud detection (VPN/proxy detection, root detection, device fingerprinting, partner fraud signals). If we reasonably believe your account has engaged in fraudulent activity, we may:

• Reverse Jeetos credited from the disputed activity.
• Freeze your account and pending payouts.
• Terminate your account and forfeit your Jeeto balance.
• Refuse to serve you in the future.
• Report the activity to our partners and, where applicable, to authorities.

9. Third-party content

CoinJeeto displays games, surveys, videos, and offers from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content, nor for any agreements you enter into with those third parties.

10. Termination

• You may stop using CoinJeeto and delete your account at any time by emailing support@coinjeeto.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, unredeemed Jeetos accumulated in good faith will be paid out within 30 days where eligible.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

CoinJeeto is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that any specific amount of Jeetos will be available to earn.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algomise Technologies LLP's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to CoinJeeto or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) ₹1,000 or (b) the total INR value of Jeetos paid out to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algomise Technologies LLP, its partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim arising from your use of CoinJeeto, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, Delhi (the seat of Algomise Technologies LLP's registered office). Before filing suit, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by emailing legal@coinjeeto.com and giving us 30 days to respond.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
