1. Who we are

CoinJeeto ("CoinJeeto", "we", "us") is a rewards app operated from India. Our app lets users earn in-app currency ("Jeetos") by playing mini-games, completing surveys, watching videos, and completing offer-wall tasks, and redeem those Jeetos for UPI cash or gift cards.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

• Account information — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account ID.
• Payout information — when you redeem Jeetos we collect the UPI ID or email you provide for the payout.
• Support messages — any information you include when emailing support@coinjeeto.com.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information — model, OS version, advertising identifier, screen resolution, locale, timezone.
• Usage data — screens you open, games you play, survey completions, rewarded video views, session duration.
• Technical logs — IP address (for fraud detection and geographic eligibility), crash reports, network type.
• Fraud signals — VPN / proxy status, root status, app-tamper status. These are used solely to prevent reward fraud.

2.3 Information from third parties

• Offer wall providers (PubScale, CPX Research, etc.) send us a server-to-server postback when you complete an offer. This includes the offer ID, the reward amount, and a hash of your user ID.
• Ad networks (AdMob, AppLovin) send us aggregated impression and click metrics.

3. How we use your data

• To create and secure your CoinJeeto account.
• To credit Jeetos when you complete a game, survey, video, or offer.
• To process your UPI or gift-card redemptions.
• To detect and prevent fraud (duplicate accounts, bots, fake completions, reward farming).
• To show you relevant offers, surveys, and ads based on your device and general location.
• To communicate important account or payout updates.
• To comply with legal obligations in India (tax reporting above certain thresholds, law-enforcement requests backed by valid legal process).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Third-party services we use

CoinJeeto relies on the following processors to deliver the product:

• Google Firebase — authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics. Hosted in asia-south1 (Mumbai).
• Google AdMob / AppLovin — rewarded video ads.
• PubScale / CPX Research / OfferToro — offer wall and surveys.
• Cashfree Payouts / Razorpay — UPI and bank payouts.
• Xoxoday Plum / Tango Card — gift-card issuance.

Each of these has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for them to perform their function.

5. Ads and offer walls

CoinJeeto is a rewards app, so ads and offer walls are a core part of how we operate. When you open one of these:

• Your advertising ID, IP address, and device type are shared with the provider so they can serve offers relevant to you.
• You can reset your advertising ID at any time from Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• We honour the "opt out of personalised ads" setting on your device.

6. Where your data is stored

Account data, transactions, and reward history are stored in Google Firestore, asia-south1 region (Mumbai, India). Backups are also kept within India. Logs and analytics may briefly transit through other Google infrastructure regions.

7. How long we keep it

• Active accounts — as long as your account is active.
• Inactive accounts — 24 months after last login, after which the account is anonymised.
• Transaction records — 8 years, as required by Indian tax and anti-fraud laws.
• Support emails — 24 months from last contact.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 and general best practice, you can:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal data.
• Withdraw any consent you have previously given.
• Object to certain kinds of processing.

Email privacy@coinjeeto.com from the email address registered with your account. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

CoinJeeto is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created a CoinJeeto account, email privacy@coinjeeto.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date and — for material changes — send an in-app notification. Continued use of CoinJeeto after an update constitutes acceptance.
