Refund & Reversal Policy
CoinJeeto is a free-to-use rewards app. We do not sell Jeetos and we do not charge users for any service. Most 'refund' situations are actually payout reversals or reward reversals — this page explains each case.
1. Nothing to buy — so what's a refund?
CoinJeeto does not sell subscriptions, in-app purchases, or any paid product. So strictly speaking there is nothing to refund. But we still need to handle a few edge-case situations that feel like "refunds" to users. Each is covered below.
2. Payout not received
You submitted a redemption, your Jeeto balance went down, but the money did not show up in your UPI account within 24 hours. Usually this means:
- The UPI transaction is still processing at the bank. Most clear within minutes, but weekend processing can take longer.
- The receiving UPI ID bounced the transaction (account closed, daily limit exceeded).
- Our payout partner (Cashfree / Razorpay) is experiencing a temporary outage.
In all of these cases, the funds are returned to our platform and we automatically re-credit the Jeetos to your CoinJeeto balance within 24–48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you still don't see either the money or the Jeetos, email support@coinjeeto.com with:
- Your CoinJeeto registered email
- The payout request ID (Profile → Transactions)
- The UPI ID you requested the payout to
- Screenshot of the payout request
3. Payout sent to the wrong UPI ID
If you entered an incorrect UPI ID and the payout was accepted by another valid UPI account holder, we cannot reverse the transaction. UPI is instant and irreversible by design. Please double-check the UPI ID before confirming any redemption.
If the UPI ID you entered does not exist, the bank will automatically reject it and the Jeetos will be re-credited to your account within 24–48 hours.
4. My reward was reversed
Sometimes a Jeeto reward is credited to your account and then removed a few hours (or days) later. This usually happens for one of these reasons:
- Offer wall chargeback — the advertiser reported that the action was invalid (e.g. you uninstalled the app within 24 hours or did not reach the required level).
- Survey disqualification — the provider determined you did not qualify or were not paying attention (straight-lining, speeding, contradictory answers).
- Fraud flag — our automated or manual fraud checks found the activity to be non-genuine.
These reversals are unfortunately part of how rewards apps work. If you believe a reversal was a mistake, contact support@coinjeeto.com with the offer / survey name and date, and we will investigate with the provider.
5. Gift card code doesn't work
Gift cards are issued by third-party providers (Xoxoday Plum, Tango Card).
- Double-check you're entering the code on the correct brand's website.
- Check the expiry date on the email.
- If the code still doesn't work, forward the original gift-card email to support@coinjeeto.com. We'll raise a ticket and either issue a replacement code or credit the equivalent Jeetos within 7 business days.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@coinjeeto.com from the address registered on your CoinJeeto account, with:
- A clear subject line (e.g. "Payout not received — ₹50 — 2026-04-10").
- Transaction / offer ID.
- Screenshot(s) of the issue.
- A short description of what you expected versus what happened.
7. Timeline
- We acknowledge support emails within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).
- Most cases are resolved within 3 business days.
- Cases that depend on a third-party response can take up to 14 business days.
8. What we cannot refund
- Payouts sent to a valid but incorrect UPI ID you provided.
- Jeetos legitimately reversed by a partner due to invalid activity.
- Jeetos forfeited because your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- "Lost earnings" because you couldn't qualify for a survey or an offer was taken down before you completed it.
